In the event that substitutions are necessary to ensure timely delivery, rest assured that we will give utmost care and attention to make the replacement as similar as possible to the requested item. Gifts may be substituted with another of equal or greater value and of a similar theme and category if the requested item is unavailable.

For flower arrangements, color substitutions may occur if the requested color is unavailable. Additionally, baskets, vases, bears, chocolate packets, etc., are subject to substitution with items of a different size, color, shape, brand, etc., if the original shown on our website is not available in our stock.

While we strive to deliver to almost all places within the Philippines, for provincial delivery, if the delivery address is far from our courier office or not covered for delivery, the recipient will need to pick up the item from our advised courier office. The recipient or buyer will be duly notified of the advisory, and shipping charges still apply whether it's pick up or delivery.

Exact delivery times may not be guaranteed as no couriers commit to them. However, delivery is possible within the specified day. Customers may request morning, afternoon, or evening delivery times.

PhilippinesGiftShop.com is not liable for any delayed delivery or non-delivery of items, with or without any reason. In no event shall PhilippinesGiftShop.com be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages. If a customer is dissatisfied with an item, it may be replaced if the recipient can send back the item as delivered within 3 working days but cannot be refunded.

Notably, listed products on our website are from different merchants. If you order items from different merchants, delivery may occur at different times but within your specified date. However, in some cases, we may deliver all items together upon request.

Our courier and delivery team have full rights to deliver to anyone aside from the recipient at the specified delivery address. The recipient may not be available at the said address, but any person at the address can accept the item and sign the delivery receipt.

Delivery time guarantees will be suspended during extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy rain. Incomplete shipping addresses might cause a delay in delivery.
